Mike Corn
Mike is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in credit union and real estate-related ventures as well as technology start-ups. As the CEO, Mike drives the vision for the company as well as oversees the operations in technology, finance and human resources. When he co-founded CU Realty Services in 2001, he led the development of the first home search engine to access and display listings from the Phoenix MLS. Prior to starting the company, he was the Founder and President of MC2, a Phoenix-based firm delivering high-level IT design, development, project management and outsourcing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies such as American Express, Motorola, Allied Signal, Intel and Wells Fargo. MC2 was sold to Compuware in 1997. He received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Arizona.

Craig Davis
Broker and Co-Founder, CU Realty Services
Craig is an experienced real estate entrepreneur and investor, as well as Co-Founder of CU Realty Services. Prior to CU Realty, he founded GHR Securities, Inc., where he also served as Financial and Operations Principal and oversaw organization management, marketing and administration. Craig has syndicated various land acquisitions, restaurants and golf courses. He began his career in real estate in 1974, listing and selling homes in the Phoenix area and obtained his state of Arizona broker’s license in 1979. In addition, he currently holds broker’s licenses in the states of Colorado, Ohio, Michigan, New York, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, New Mexico and Alabama.

Tim Mislansky
Senior Vice President, Wright-Patt Credit Union, President, myCUmortgage, LLC
Tim has held executive-level responsibility for consumer, member business and mortgage lending for Wright-Patt Credit Union, Inc. since 2001 and is currently Senior Vice President. He is also Founder and President of WPCU’s wholly-owned CUSO, myCUmortgage, LLC. Tim serves as a board member for America’s Credit Union Mortgage Association, a board member for Credit Union Student Choice, Chairman of the CUNA Housing Subcommittee, Finance Chairman for both the St. Mark’s United Methodist Church and Broken Bus Ministry. He holds bachelors’ degrees in accountancy and in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Herb Behrens
Vice President Mortgage Lending, BCU
Herb Behrens is Vice President of Real Estate Lending at BCU. Herb is responsible for the credit union’s strategic direction of all real estate lending, including sales, processing, servicing and secondary marketing. In addition to serving on CU Realty’s Board of Directors, Herb is on the Board for CU Servnet, a mortgage-servicing CUSO, and is a member the Accenture Mortgage Cadence Advisory Board and the American Credit Union Mortgage Association. Herb holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Illinois State University.

Jean Theis
Jean has more than 20 years of experience in the credit union industry and is the Executive Vice President/COO of Andigo Credit Union (formerly Motorola Employees Credit Union). Before that, she held the roles of Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Marketing since she joined the organization in 2000. Before moving to Illinois, she worked for both Michigan State University Federal Credit Union and American 1 Federal Credit Union in Michigan. Jean, a CUNA Certified Credit Union Executive, is a graduate of Central Michigan University and earned her MBA from Western Michigan University.
